To inspire people to cook differently, to live more simply, and to consume less, but better.  \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Family Story\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Coming from a family of cooks (third generation), I grew up in a hotel and restaurant environment. After graduating from the hotel school of Spa, I left for the United States at the age of 19, where I spent four years working in a French Michelin-starred restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:0px\">Inspired by My Travels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">My love for travel and world cuisine has shaped my entire life. Over the years, I have developed my craft and deepened my passion for this profession. In short, I am someone deeply passionate who never stops exploring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">I love discovering different cultures, traditions, and cuisines from around the world. They nourish me and flow through my culinary creations, always filled with flavor, color, and life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">My hands-on experiences over the years naturally led me toward a healthier approach to cooking. This journey awakened a fascination for ancestral knowledge, which gradually became the heart of my creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Discovering Lacto-Fermentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Thanks to my vegetable garden, my connection with nature, and all the time spent experimenting throughout the seasons, I discovered lacto-fermentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In my jars, I find the same sense of wonder I feel when I am in nature or watching my tomatoes grow. It is a work of patience and respect \u2014 realizing that such a small seed can produce something so beautiful and flavorful. Fermentation becomes truly captivating once you develop a taste for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Birth of L\u2019Art del\u00e0 Fermentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L\u2019Art del\u00e0 Fermentation was born from this passion \u2014 a place designed for gathering, sharing, and enjoying life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Here, I share my vision of fermentation through a space dedicated to culinary experimentation and relaxation. I love passing on these ancestral practices during seasonal culinary workshops, so they can be recreated at home. Or simply shared and enjoyed during one of our themed dining experiences.<a href=\"https:\/\/artdelafermentation.com\/en\/l-art-dela-fermentation\/ateliers-culinaires\/\">culinary workshops<\/a>, \u00e9voluant au fil des saisons, afin de pouvoir les pratiquer chez soi.
