A Family Story…
Coming from a family of cooks (third generation), I grew up in a hotel and restaurant environment. After graduating from the hotel school of Spa, I left for the United States at the age of 19, where I spent four years working in a French Michelin-starred restaurant.
Inspired by My Travels
My love for travel and world cuisine has shaped my entire life. Over the years, I have developed my craft and deepened my passion for this profession. In short, I am someone deeply passionate who never stops exploring.
I love discovering different cultures, traditions, and cuisines from around the world. They nourish me and flow through my culinary creations, always filled with flavor, color, and life.
My hands-on experiences over the years naturally led me toward a healthier approach to cooking. This journey awakened a fascination for ancestral knowledge, which gradually became the heart of my creativity.
Discovering Lacto-Fermentation
Thanks to my vegetable garden, my connection with nature, and all the time spent experimenting throughout the seasons, I discovered lacto-fermentation.
In my jars, I find the same sense of wonder I feel when I am in nature or watching my tomatoes grow. It is a work of patience and respect — realizing that such a small seed can produce something so beautiful and flavorful. Fermentation becomes truly captivating once you develop a taste for it.

L’Art delà Fermentation was born from this passion — a place designed for gathering, sharing, and enjoying life.
Here, I share my vision of fermentation through a space dedicated to culinary experimentation and relaxation. I love passing on these ancestral practices during seasonal culinary workshops, so they can be recreated at home.
